Welcome to WeAreTheChurch.Faith! Thank you for visiting our website today. We hope that you take some time to check out all of the various pages of our website.
The purpose of this website is to proclaim biblical truth to all who will hear it. In a day and age that is cluttered with many different religions & denominations that stray from sound biblical doctrine because they add traditions of man, it is easy to see that religion presents a problem for the simplicity of the gospel message and the building of God’s Ekklesia. It is very sad that so many believe that religion is needed in order to know and serve God. People are quick to accept man made traditions that come in the form of Religion instead of searching for an intimate personal relationship with God by searching God’s word for instruction on how to establish and maintain a relationship with him. Many are born into a family that practices a certain religion and they remain in that religion never to question the doctrine of that religion out of obedience. Accepting a religion without researching their doctrine is dangerous.
AMAZINGLY the word “RELIGION” does not appear in the original manuscripts of the OLD TESTAMENT . It is mentioned in the NEW TESTAMENT 3 times by the Apostles Luke, Paul and James
Act 26:5 – The Apostle Luke states that he practiced the religion of the Jewish Faith before he believed on Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior
4 Surely all the Jews know how I have lived from the earliest days of my youth, among my own people and in Jerusalem. 5 They have known me for a long time and can testify, if they are willing, that I lived as a Pharisee, adhering to the strictest sect of our religion.
Gal 1:13-14 – The Apostle Paul states that he practiced the religion of the Jewish Faith before he believed on Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior
13 For you have heard of my former way of life in Judaism, how severely I persecuted the church of God and tried to destroy it. 14 I was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my con-temporaries and was extremely zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
Jam 1:26-27 The Apostle James states that pure religion is what man does for the good of man
26 If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not bridle his tongue, he deceives his heart and his religion is worthless. 27 Pure and undefiled religion before our God and Father is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
JESUS CHRIST DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT RELIGION IN THE BIBLE!
I would like to challenge you… please put down religion for a minute and and open your mind and heart to the possible truth that you are missing out on an amazing relationship with God. If this could possibly be true, would you want to experience this relationship that I am talking about? Would you want to know your creator intimately and personally?
RELIGION \ PHILOSOPHY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD!
The creator (GOD) provided a way for mankind to know him personally. But mankind rejects this way because it does not suit their needs or desires. God’s way is considered inconvenient and difficult by many because they don’t want to walk on the hard road when they can choose to take the easy path in life instead. The sad part is that they are missing out on getting to know their creator and experiencing his awesome Peace, Joy, Love and Power in their lives. Click the link below to find out the way to God.
Two very important points that we would like to share with you on Christianity (Following of Jesus Christ as personal Lord & Savior)
- Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) is the living word of God made flesh and He came to provide a final payment (Atonement) for the SIN of man so that man could reconnect with God the father (Yahweh). By receiving His payment as our own through repentance (Requesting forgiveness for our sinfulness and turning away from our sin) and believing on Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) as our personal Lord & Savior and that He paid the price for our forgiveness in full by His death and resurrection. This is the only way we can receive the gift of grace and mercy from God the Father (Yahweh).
- We must be born again to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. That is the miraculous work of regeneration performed by the Holy Spirit of God (Ruach HaKodesh). When we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and repent from our sins, The Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) comes to live within us and He reveals the truth of God’s written word to us. He also renews our minds and changes our hearts to become more like Jesus as we live for Jesus Christ and serve Him. Being “Born Again” IS NOT a religion! It is an experience that God wants for all who desire to know and serve Him.
Because The Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) lives in us once we are born again, we become living temples of Almighty God!
In the Old Covenant of the old testament, the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) lived in the Arch of the Covenant which was kept in the Holy of Holies of the the Temple and was maintained by the Levite priests. The Levite priesthood high priests were the only ones who could touch the Arch of the Covenant. Anyone else dared to do so would die. Now The same Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) lives in the followers of Jesus Christ (Christians).
DOES EVERYONE WORSHIP THE SAME GOD? (NO!)
WHY DOES CHRISTIANITY HAVE SO MANY DENOMINATIONS SECTS?
WeAreTheChurch.Faith represents the concept that was established 2000 years ago by Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) and his Apostles & Followers of Jesus (The Ekklesia). WeAreTheChurch.Faith is not a 501.c3 church \ organization \ corporation. We do not have Apostles, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists and Prophets. Instead, we believe that the five-fold ministry gifts were not intended for specific positions, but instead actual functions of ministry that God intended for all believers to operate in by the authority granted by the commands of Jesus Christ and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in each and every believer. We do believe that all believers are called to Discipleship and eventual spiritual maturity of Eldership. We understand that this is counter to the typical Christian Church Doctrines of today, but we stand on these beliefs because we believe that they are biblical. We do not want to limit God by restricting the ministry gifts to specific individuals. Instead, we desire to allow God to use each and every believer for the work of the ministry as the Lord desires.
